We
can support you by:
- Meeting
you anywhere that suits you i.e. school, hone, friend’s
place
- Offering
you the opportunity to join a one –day a week group
experience using the outdoors to learn new skills like caving,
rock climbing, and team work
- Talk
confidentially about your own or someone else’s drug
or alcohol use

Challenge Through Adventure
to help you cut down or stop your drug or alcohol use
We
can:
- Provide
drug and alcohol assessments
- Seek
specialist help ( if needed)
- Contact
other support services for you

to use the service:
- Contact

- Get
someone who works with you (e.g. school counsellor or youth
worker) to make a referral
- You
may make a referral to this service by using our
